DXD-129Pro 3/4 Side Seal Packaging Machine

DXD-129Pro series 3/4 Side Seal Sachet Packing Machine is a packing machine with two-section roller device designed for automatic packing of granules, powders, dried vegetables, pills and some indeterminate materials, some fluids, etc. The machine can realize three-side sealing or four-side sealing at high speed. This machine can realize high-speed packing with three-side sealing or four-side sealing. If it is equipped with many kinds of measuring devices, it can realize double packaging.

Characteristics

1、This machine has one set of longitudinal sealing heat roller and one set of transverse sealing heat roller device, the sealing adopts roller method and the pattern adopts complete and continuous checkerboard pattern.

2, for different characteristics of solid materials, fluid materials can choose different measuring devices. Cutting knife can be used flat knife, serrated, point scribing one of the three ways, or double cutting knife structure to realize the string bag packaging.
3、The machine is also equipped with an easy-tear notching device to facilitate bag opening. (Optional device)
