DXD-2310Pro series packaging machine is a three-stage roller packaging machinery designed for automatic packaging of homogeneous, heterogeneous, viscous, and non viscous materials. The machine can achieve packaging with three side sealing or four side sealing.

Characteristics

1. The machine adopts a roller sealing method: there is a set of longitudinal sealing hot roller devices, a set of transverse sealing hot roller devices, and a set of transverse sealing cold roller devices. The vertical sealing pattern adopts a checkerboard pattern combined with leak proof lines, the horizontal sealing hot roller adopts a flat seal to fully ensure sealing, and the horizontal sealing cold roller can adopt checkerboard or straight line patterns.
 

2. Different measuring and stirring devices can be selected for different fluid characteristics, and the cutting method can be one of three methods: flat knife, saw tooth, dotted line, or bag cutting method; The machine is also equipped with an easy to tear cutting device for convenient bag opening.
 

3. The third section of the S-type machine is horizontally sealed, and the cutting device is electrically adjustable. The mercury slip ring temperature measurement method ensures stable sealing temperature during high-speed packaging.
 

4. The third section of the F/C machine is horizontally sealed, and the cutting device is automatically adjusted.
