Capping head mechanism
When the bottle with the bottle cap pressed is moved by the main turntable and enters under the capping head, the capping head lifting shaft (3) is driven by the cam under the frame to move downward, and at the same time, the air intake of the cap is blown down, so that the spring compresses the magnet Overload protector, the capping head is displaced upward, and the rotating three-bar cap screwing manipulator shrinks toward the center, grabs the cover and tightens it. The rotation of the manipulator is driven by the motor (6) to rotate. If you need to adjust the torque of the capping, you can loosen it. Open a locking screw on the magnet overload protector, rotate the protector's threaded jacket to change the distance between the inner magnetic rings, turn up to increase the capping torque, turn down to reduce the capping torque, adjust the pressure and then tighten the lock The screw magnetic overload protector will idling when it exceeds the torque to protect the cover from being worn. The lifting shaft adjustment handwheel is used to adjust the height of the entire capping mechanism, and the lift counter is to display the size of the capping head being adjusted up and down.
